Boston property owners providing mattress addresses for out of towners, decreasing the chances for city residents to gain city employment. I hope there are thorough background checks to ensure that applicants have lived in Boston for the amount of time required for city employment. It might be a good idea for ISD to check these rented rooms to ensure we don't have illegal rooming houses. People from Boston shouldn't have to compete with people from other towns for jobs in their own city. | Case (SR) Type: [Licensing] Referred To: [BOSTON LICENSING BOARD]

A man has repeatedly set up a sleeping area complete with mattress and occasional furniture and artwork on W Service Rd Extension under the Summer St bridge. He usually spends several days. How is this allowed?! BPD and other city agencies must drive by all the time. | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA C-6]

Homeless people and drug addicts nodding out and sleeping all over the Parking lot every day. Covered in trash, mattresses, cardboard . Open air drug market, hand to hand pill exchanges. Never any police in sight. At least tell them to keep it moving or maybe call an ambulance when someone is laid out on the ground face first.. Just ignored and every summer it's getting worse. Plus the people who sleep on the mass ave connector. Not a good look for the city. Trash, needles, urine and feces all over the grass. The city does nothing except talk about this epidemic, enable these behaviors and allow this to go on. What will it take national news coverage to make at least a few changes? | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Quality of Life] Referred To: [POLICE: AREA C-6]
