The neighborhood has repeatedly complained about the occupied spaces & all owners of the cars have been observed going in and out of the residence repeatedly. All car owners are living in some capacity in this home zoned only for 3 cars and it is a 2 family with a 3rd floor mini apartment, which clearly has more than the allowed residents as demonstrated by the additional mattresses stored on the back porch.
