    Illegal dumping at 98 Brookline rear. Commercial private dumpster is repeatedly being used by unauthorized persons. Mattresses, furniture and restaurant trash are put in the bin on a regular basis. Locks have been cut multiple times. The top enclosure is repeatedly broken into. Waste Management installed a camera and posted signs and that has not deterred anyone.
