This is the second time in two weeks that the residents of 169 K St have put their trash in front of my house and they never receive a code violation. I try to take care of it because I care about the cleanliness of our block, but when I remove the stuff they never learn and just keep doing it. Unfortunately I have nowhere to store a mattress.
