1 City Hall Plz, Boston, Ma, 02108What is the City’s position and guidance to city employees for pulling over in a motor vehicle? Are they allowed to park in bike lanes? With bike lanes being new infrastructure, the City needs to provide guidance on where to pull over. Public Works trucks are pulling over to get trash but blocking bike lanes in the meantime- this is dangerous and the city could be sued if a bike goes around and gets hit by a car. Please make sure bike lanes stay clear from City and personal vehicles. Thank you!

Constituent states people are smoking infront of the residence as well, even though its a non- smoking building. Constiuent has notified management multiple times about the situation with no ressolution. River St. Bridge walkway in Hyde Park has a hole big enough for someone's foot to slip in and get hurt! The walkway also needs to be trimmed back. Beechmount Footway in Hyde Park needs to be trimmed back too.
