Right turn only lane (Arlington St./ St James St.) intersection excessively abused. I walk that route daily. Every day I view at least 5 cars ignoring the “Right turn Only” arrows and cars proceed straight through the intersection. That intersection is a mess as it is very confusing and only produces daily back ups. The whole route needs to be reevaluated and redesigned. Actually the right turn lane works better if it were dedicated to straight AND right turn only since that is how it is actually being used. If it stays as is then that intersection rule should be enforced. Just a suggestion to ease traffic flow in my neighborhood.

Franklin Square park has an entrance as St George St and E Brookline St that is completely iced over and inaccessible. The ice extends from the entrance to the surrounding sidewalks. |

Please help at intersection of Arlington and St. James at the Park Plaza Hotel. This intersection needs very obvious, large signing that the left-hand lane on Arlington is for left-hand turn only onto Stuart Street. This stretch has turned into a nightmare of cars getting in the wrong (left) lane on Arlington jamming up the intersections on both ends . Thank you.

Constituent reports via email: At least 12 lights are not functioning around the periphery of the bus turn around at Back Bay Station . You access it from the Clarendon street side. People were out today trying to fix them but they aren’t working still . Not sure what the issue is but it’s a real safety concern . The interesection at Arlington and Park Plaza is a hazard. There are lines that tell guide the left lane into the center lane, and the center lane becomes the right lane. The right lane becomes a right turn only. People ignore the lines on the street and do whatever they want at this intersection. I've almost gotten into multiple accidents since they switched the traffic laws and added the lines without any signage to make it clear. I follow the rules of the road, but that intersection is neither monitored well and needs to be addressed.

New bike lane reduces the traffic from 3 down 2 lanes! Nobody using the bike lane and causing extreme traffic

The sidewalks around the Saunders building on Park Place are often closed for the threat of protests. When you do this, you block handicap access to the sidewalk at least 2 places.
