Day 8 of Boston Park Plaza strike - they’ve been using vuvuzelas for at least the past two days. At least four apartment buildings adjacent to hotel means 1500+ residents impacted by excessive noise in their own homes, with likely even more impacted 1-2 blocks away

1 City Hall Plz, Boston, Ma, 02108Hello, I'm not sure if BTD is maybe misunderstanding reports or perhaps avoiding the reports intentionally, but this happens too often. See #101005726377. The response says "This vehicle has a residential permit." (1) Okay, is it fine then for residents to park in (and over) the crosswalk? Parking is extremely difficult to find, so if it's okay to park over the crosswalks, then that would provide additional parking spaces. (2) Also, BTD constantly says vehicles have permits, when they have no visible stickers. Some vehicles park in resident parking for months/years before getting a sticker (changing plates, etc.). Is it alright or not for residents to skip using the stickers (which can be pretty annoying)? Thank you for your help!
