    Constituent states that the handicap ramp at this location wasn't properly done. Asphault was added last year and he witnessed a child fall. The asphault has now broken away irregularly and he has witnessed another person fall.     There are six large tree pits along the east side of Charles street in front of PF Chang and beyond. The sidewalk is four or five inches above the pit, and the difference causes people to trip. Fill in the pits with mulch to bring the elevation equal. I fell in one today and hurt my knee.
