Sidewalk is DANGEROUS: sunken, lifted, multiple holes!

Multiple dangerous areas surrounding our home at the Four Seasons Residences on Boylston St and Park Plaza. The city needs to fix these areas ASAP before one of us trips over these hazardous sidewalk problems and lands in the hospital.

Multiple dangerous areas around our residence at the Four Seasons, 220 Boylston St and Park Plaza. SIX different extremely dangerous places where there are OPEN holes, the sidewalk BOTH sinking and coming up creating extreme walking hazards right where we live. We've paid taxes for years and expect attention to these dangerous spots surrounding our home before o one of us lands in the hospital

**From D Cuningham, BWSC** BWSC re-investigated and jetted CB connection, it is fine. This is a BPW issue, BWSC will repair the gutter mouth on cb. That is the only thing here we are responsible for. 9/8 Light post utility cover and fire box are all cracked and broken
