60 Chandler St, BostonWhite Ram ProMaster cargo van, Massachusetts Commercial plate Y16 873, has been double parked for most of the morning. Parking enforcement has already made the driver move twice, but each time the van makes a loop around the block and immediately returns to double park again. This has happened repeatedly this morning. At this point, the vehicle should be ticketed rather than simply told to move, as the driver is clearly continuing the same violation after multiple warnings.
