50 Prince trash and boxes all over the sidewalk, not on a trash day

Tipped-over trash can with scattered litter (drink can, papers, cloth/fabric) in the alley/driveway area near 1 Murdock Terrace. This is a recurring problem — I continue to clean up this area myself, but people keep littering here. Requesting cleanup and asking the city to note this as a repeat location.

We parked at the lot at McKinley Preparatory High School on Friday, 9/25. An attendant took $60 cash from us at 5pm. When we returned at 9pm our car, and at least five others, were blocked by a second row of cars. No attendant was available. We called the tow company whose name was on the school building. They informed us that we were likely scammed and that they could not help us. They mentioned that this is an on-going issue and suggested that we “make a ruckus” because someone from the school will likely come outside to investigate at which point we could instruct them to call the towing company on our behalf (the towing company can’t tow anyone without permission from the school, which owns the lot). We waited for HOURS, with fifteen in our party trapped and several in other cars also trapped and angry. The police would not help because it’s a private lot. Luckily the driver blocking us eventually arrived and we were able to get out. This lot is associated with a known scam and it seems like nobody can/will do anything about it.
