Residential Trash out Illegally
100 102 Winthrop St, Roxbury, Ma, 02119
Dumpsters out illegally occupying parking spaces in front of multiple properties. Please cite the owners offl these properties. Trash, rats, raccoons. Trash day was yesterday, Thursday. It won't be picked up again until Monday. These properties constantly violate regardless of the many citations issued in the past. Something more needs to be done by the city about these properties.
