38 Leyden St, Boston, MA 02128My trash barrel was not emptied today, again. I have securely tied plastic bags filled with trash in it. The same barrel will be emptied the next week. Why are they skipping me? This is annoying as I have to keep the barrel outside because of the smell and I am sure it will attract rats!
