Domestic Animal Issue
64-66 Dickens St, Boston, MA 02122At either 64 or 66 Dickens St (Dorchester), there is a dog on the third floor balcony that stays outside unattended all day (9 a.m. till well past midnight), barking and clawing at the door. This balcony is strewn with broken glass and uncleaned feces. I do not know when the owners bring the dog in, only that it seems to be stuck outside at all hours of the day. That included last night, when it was outside, unsheltered, in the rain, for hours. This also means that the downstairs neighbors are often having to deal with a deluge of urine and poop being dropped on them from above, and it has made it unpleasant to deal with taking out the trash. The barking makes it hard to sleep, and I am worried the animal might suffer heat stroke on hotter days. Please do not share my contact information. I do not want to cause trouble. But the dog deserves better.
