10 Ringgold St, BostonRinggold Park - every Friday and Saturday evening there is a group of teenage boys constantly yelling, screaming, and throwing the children’s toys around and against the chain link fences. It’s audible through closed doors/windows along Waltham St, Hanson St, and Ringgold St. It’s Saturday, 9/19, at 9:18pm and it’s been going on for nearly 45 minutes.
