31 Edson St, Hyde Park
31 Edson st. Hyde park ma 03136 owner of a red Toyota avalon habitually parks his car with the rear of the car over the curb and side walk. This time it's not as bad sometimes the tires are hit the curb and the car is backed over the side walk. This at t imes blocks my use of the side walk or interferes with my barrels being put out.

Sign states no parking after this arrow> they park here all the time I called before you guys never did nothing I’m calling again why make rules and regulations if no one follows them? let see how this go unnoticed again I will escalate it cause I contacted you guys before a whole street of parking and 1 person wants to park illegally and you guys allow.
