    500 Rutherford Ave, Boston, MA 02129

    [Operating vehicles/Motorcycles without mufflers] I would like to report many vehicles and motorcycles with no muffler (or illegally modified straight pipes) that frequently travel on Rutherford Ave, Charlestown, all day every day. The exhaust noise is extremely loud and disruptive to the neighborhood, especially during late-night hours.

    Extremely loud construction work taking place outside our residential building. Hundreds of people live on Harrison Avenue. This work should not be done at night. Non-emergency work. BTD was WRONG to issue this permit. See attached doc that I got from the foreman. PLEASE STOP THIS WORK IMMEDIATELY AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT DURING THE DAYTIME.
