    Absolutely unreal. Some non resident parked all day and who knows how long before that comes up to his car, pulls out 'FRAM WAS' cones from his trunk and puts them in the spot, drives off, and then comes back to park again. Audi Mass plate 337 NR5. Will the City please do something? This is ridiculous.
