Hasn't got grabbed yet sance Friday, called 311 for Saturday and Sunday. Called Capitol Waste Services, they didnt show up. Had 311 have a pickup for yesterday Monday, nay show ups and now we are in Tuesday. Called 311, they transfered me to Boston Public Works. A lady answered the phone, shared data about mis pickup, put me on hold. They hit the wrong key and ended the phone line on hold.
