    Why have laws? Why have police? Why have any form of government when they do not uphold the law for those who continuously break it week after week blasting music far beyond the legal limit? I really dont understand how BPD can sit by idle while people play music so loud that it can be heard from miles away? I dont know where exactly the music is coming from, but if you lived near Jackson Square, you will definitely hear loud music
