Illegal Parking

Once again it’s an every day thing. At OCallaghan Way in South Boston cars just don’t respect signs. Since authorities hardly pass by to reinforce the parking situation they can careless. If the authorities are able to pass by regularly they will probably respect signs, and won’t park on handicap parking spaces without being authorized.
