Intersection Of Dartmouth St And Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MaI am extremely extremely frustrated, which is an understatement, at what to do anymore about scooters, especially, and cars going through red lights after the light has changed to red for a good amount of time. I’ve been meaning to send this message for the last few months. About three or four minutes ago, I was almost hit by a scooter. I was crossing Commonwealth Avenue at Dartmouth and the scooter went through the red light after having been red for at least three or four seconds. They are so reckless and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to jump back from almost being hit as a pedestrian. I’m also seeing an increase with regular automobiles trucks, etc. going through red lights in my neighborhood because of course they are getting away with it. What is the City of Boston doing about this, what can we do about this as pedestrians? Thank you!
