    This is the third day in a row that a helicopter has flown for hours at a low altitude over JP. I was told that it’s something for Amtrak, so not sure if there’s anything the city can do about it, but it’s getting pretty ridiculous. Wouldn’t it be cheaper and less annoying to use a drone? I’m sure the helicopter company is owned by some politician’s buddy or donor and they’re probably getting paid a lot of taxpayer $$$.
