Rats rampant; inadequate number of garbage cans; rats have chewed holes in tops of garbage can covers; management suspended professional exterminator treatments more than 6 months ago! Today a man came with 3 maximum glue traps per townhouse. People are sick: flue like symptoms and lethargic.
