Overflowing trash can

Due to a blockage in our plumbing, plumbers came and inserted a snake into the drain. The snake become stuck either 8/17-8/18, so we could no longer use our bathrooms. We were told to use the gas station bathroom down the street. Then, upon them realizing that they could not easily fix the plumber’s mistake, placed porta potties in our garage 8/28 (as evidenced by screenshot with camera time stamp). We have had to use them since then. The drain hole with the snake is left uncovered, allowing sewage/blocked waste to waft into our building (this is connected to our break room where we eat). People often trip over the snake/open drain when walking to and from the break room. We have had to use these porta potties for over a month at this point with no indication of when our bathrooms will be worked on. The company this is at: Dutchess Cannabis on 259 Cambridge St, Allston, MA 02134. They are disgusting to use and are incredibly unsanitary, especially since our customers have access to them. Numerous coworkers refuse to use them and hold it until they are home, which is unreasonable to expect and a health hazard itself. We also have a pregnant coworker who has to use the bathroom often, so she should not have to be subjected to these unsanitary conditions. Frequently we’ve had customers comment on how unacceptable it is we have to use these at a business where indoor bathrooms are available, but they just won’t have it fixed. The company has dragged their feet on this for well over a month and it needs to be dealt with, especially as it gets colder.

People keep playing music on full blast with cars on the curb on the back parking lot behind the Florence Apartments. It is so loud the walls vibrate in my home. Can anything be done to prevent the loitering and noise after hours?
