Pest Infestation - Residential
166 Cottage St, East Boston, Ma, 02128I’ve been telling my landlord/property manager about a developing rat infestation for almost a year and the problem is only getting worse. We have a little shared yard and every night I see/ hear at least half a dozen rats running around in the back. They have burrowed huge holes all around the property and I constantly hear them screeching in the backyard at night. I have a dog, which I believe is why I have never seen a rat indoors, but I’m afraid he/I are going to get some kind of disease so we basically don’t use the backyard at all. It’s supposed to be a shared space but it’s basically become unusable.
