Intersection Of Cedar St And Holston St, Charlestown, MaCedar Street in Charlestown is a one way street from High Street to Bartlett Street. However, cars exiting driveways and parking lots at the Barlett Street end of Cedar street routinely go the wrong way up Cedar Street to Laurel Street. This is usually early in the morning when children are going to school or people are running. There have been many near collisions with cars and pedestrians. Someone is going to get injured or killed. These drivers have been warned, but they are in a rush to work and cannot be bothered by safety. I believe that a prominent sign indicating that it is a one way is necessary.
