Illegal Graffiti
Gurney St & Terrace StHello Boston 311, I’m submitting a report about political campaign signage placed on public infrastructure. Location: 1427 Tremont st and at the corner of 22 TerrCe St and Tremont St, Boston, MA. What I’m seeing: A political campaign poster is attached to an electric/utility box on public property. Evidence: I've provided photos. According to Massachusetts Trial Court Law Libraries, "Displaying signs in public spaces like parks, utility poles, sidewalks, and medians is generally off-limits unless local laws allow it." Please check whether removal is appropriate for the poster taped to the utility/electric box. Thank you.
