    This attached case was closed as "transitioned" and noted sidewalk blocked? Just curious what that means? The sidewalk isn't blocked really, it is just a homeowner that has to taken care of their property so their water pours onto the sidewalk when it rains. Not sure if blocked sidewalk is just the classification and the homeowner is being contacted?

    Idk what is being/can be done but this area of the south end is swarming with rats. This is as bad as I have ever seen. Only took like 2 minutes of standing here before I got a good snapshot of this guy coming out of the storm grate.
