his woman has been bringing her dogs to the playground and splash pad almost every evening. We have spoken with her several times and pointed out the posted “No Dogs Allowed” signs. She acknowledged the rule but said her dogs need cold water. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue. Her dogs continue to enter the playground area, sometimes on a leash and sometimes off leash, despite the posted restrictions. This creates a safety and sanitation concern for children using the playground and splash pad.
