    Trash up and down grove street on the sidewalks. Also a green food wastebasket that says 39 grove street is outside on the street - I've checked with everyone at 39 grove and it doesn't belong to any current residents. Apparently a former resident let a neighbor use it who has now moved out and left it on the street. My 39 grove neighbor Cory called 311 last week and they confirmed it would be removed last Friday with trash and recycling but it's still here. Would greatly appreciate it being removed.
