Our neighbors just put a fence opening up from their backyard into our driveway. We did not discuss or give permission for this. We told them we would allow contractors access to the driveway to repair/replace the fence but did not give permission for them to put in a gate opening into our driveway and allowing their future continual use of our driveway to get in and out of their backyard. There was no gate there prior and again we did not give permission for their use or easement.

Marion St & Princeton St
The city has done all of this regrading and paving work in East Boston so that crosswalks don’t flood, and even with all of that work, the crosswalks still flood. Here is the first real rain since your contractors redid the crosswalks at Princeton and Marion. It looks like the contractors got the regrading wrong.
