    Dear Inspectional Services Department, We are writing as concerned unit owners at 545 East 3rd Street, South Boston, regarding ongoing safety and code violations in our condominium’s parking area. Multiple residents have been illegally storing propane tanks, tools, totes, and other personal items in their parking spaces. This matter has been brought to the attention of both our former and current property managers. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests, no corrective action has been taken. The prior management company tried to help us and sent notices but advised that the condominium board discouraged enforcement, citing fear of political replies and them not being able to be on the Board anymore. The current management team has not even responded to our calls or concerns. Given the fire and safety risks associated with propane storage and improper use of parking areas, we respectfully request that the City take immediate action to inspect and remedy these violations in accordance with applicable codes and safety regulations.
