    Apartment 3 at 7 Oakcrest Road has had a horrendous smell coming out of it for weeks. The smell permeates the building and can be detected when you enter the front door. It sometimes improves but then will come back within a day or so. Smells similar to animal waste and is very disruptive for us as home owners.
