I would like to report an ongoing nighttime noise issue on the stairs at Mason Path near Mason Terrace in Brookline, MA 02446. For the past few weeks, a group of people has been gathering on the stairs almost every night, typically between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. During these gatherings, they have been talking loudly, yelling, and making enough noise to disturb nearby residents late at night. This has become a recurring quality-of-life issue and is affecting residents’ ability to sleep and enjoy a quiet environment. Please have the appropriate department investigate and address the repeated late-night noise at this location. Location: Mason Path near Mason Terrace, Brookline, MA 02446 Typical time: 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Frequency: Every night or most nights for the past few weeks Issue: Group of people gathering on the stairs and creating excessive noise late at night.
