1203 1211 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, Ma, 02125I can’t get ahold of someone from the city of Boston credit union. I have made several attempts to obtain another debit card that was blocked before Christmas for fraud. I even paid for an expedited card and then was later told that my address was too long and that’s why I didn’t receive my card, although I receive other correspondence from the credit union regularly. After all that, a card from the south Boston branch was suppose to send the card to my branch on morrissey blvd however I called yesterday 1/28 and was told that someone for unknown reasons blocked the card that was being issued and reissued me a new card as of Monday 1/26 but then my branch called today and said I had a card there, I am issued the card and now I cannot activate it, because it is blocked, even though the bank now won’t confirm that it is. I made several attempts to contact several branches including John at city hall, I left several messages, since yesterday… absolutely no one has followed up. When I do get ahold of someone on the phone I’m being told they don’t know who to connect me to, they are connecting me to a machine that no one answers, or that they are just filling in at that branch today so they don’t know how to help me. The whole process has been unprofessional and a major inconvenience as I have to find a way to get to the bank to transfer money into an. Account so I can travel and transport my 12 year old child with special needs in addition to purchasing groceries… this has caused me limited accessibility and causing major inconveniences in regard to trying to care for my daughter can someone please help me in getting this rectified, thank y
