BOS:311

I was asked by ONS to create a 311 for this. Please have BTD engineering follow up. This is for the point on the map at the corner of Meehan at Rossmore. Not Keyes Street Place which is a driveway. There are old cases for this problem that still have not been resolved so here’s another one…. New signage is needed: for cars traveling on Meehan Street to prevent them from turning left, the wrong way, onto Rossmore. The photo shows the end of Meehan where it intersects with Rossmore. Not only is there no stop sign, there is no signage installed ahead of the driver that would tell them that Rossmore is a one-way street. Is it possible to install a "one-way" arrow and also a "no left turn" sign here? Cars have frequently been driving the wrong way on Rossmore Road. I live on Rossmore and we frequently see cars coming the wrong direction, sometimes at high speeds. If we are outside, we try to flag people down, but this is extremely dangerous and there is even a City of Boston totlot/playground a block from Meehan on Rossmore. I have seen people turning from Meehan, so this is definitely at least one major source for the wrong way driving.

Greenough Avenue catch basin cover loose and causing LOUD noises as cars run over it.

There is, what looks to be stolen bikes near the edge of the Charles River on the Allston side of the Western Bridge. I have a screenshot where they are on a map. Being so close to Harvard I assume these bikes might make some college kids happy to reunite with them. I also fear of the run off/trash/bike parts that are being dumped into the river from the encampment.
