Double metering, paying for landlord's gas usage, for her unpermitted 3rd floor apartment at 79 Lenoxdale Ave. There are two gas meters for a building that has three apartments. My neighbor's on the first floor pays a gas bill, and I pay a gas bill, but the landlord who lives above me on the third floor does not pay a gas bill. I know she has a gas stove up there which I believe I am paying for. She has refused to resolve the issue, she denies using any gas in her unit. I also have an electrical issue that she refuses to address which caused my fire alarms to regularly go off without reason. She also refused to have the boiler serviced when I requested, it looks to be in disrepair.

Illegal Parking
5 Dabney St, Roxbury, Ma, 02119
These two cars are continuing to use space savers. They have them there whenever they leave. I moved them to park and they took them back. One of them is now blocking a driveway.
