    Trash lined up all day and not on trash pickup day. Saw tenant of Fairfield Street #8 bringing it out this morning and said it’s not trash pickup day. She said her mother was picking it up (lying) but trash has multiplied and now there are rodents. With over 10 bags lined up and the alley is also supposed to being being paved tomorrow.
