    A heavy loaded decayed wood pole hooked my property of 1071 Saratoga St. as heavy bearer. It was dangerous to my house structure and all traffic around. The pole is bent and half way to go to the ground now.

    It is 4:59 a.m. I am being woken up by Bruce Irving's Unit #305 Dogs jumping off beds or furniture every morning and throughout the night. The impact noise is causing me again to not be able to sleep in my Unit do to the noise from these dog's. This is a routine now that I have been made to gave to deal with daily. There is no considerations and management is not helping knowing my quiet enjoyment is being violated. Princeton Properties Management Inc and The Charley Apartments staff have not intervened and Erica Tobias (Property Manager) and Shannon Earley (Regional Manager) know I filed a Notice to cure and still have done nothing to stop the tenants in Unit #205 from making noise that effects my living situation.
