    Trash continues to be left out in bags in public alley 905. Rats are becoming increasingly numerous AGAIN. Ones are not being imposed. Dig through the trash and find out who the tenants are that are doing this and levy fines! Please have someone clean this up and I’m not sure what rat abatements are that were previously mentioned as a measure that was taken when reported before. I don’t feel like anything was done. MAKE IT A STANDARD TO HAVE METAL TRASH CANS. The rats have chewed through wiring on cars and entered our building. Why can’t we figure this out as a city
