    There is a dangerous situation in the alley 701 in the South End between 46 Union Park and 45 Upton Street. There is an electrical box that may be Comcast or Xfinity, that is dangerously hanging by a wire that come down at any time. Can the city contact the vendor and get this repaired as soon as possible?
