333 339 W Broadway , South Boston, Ma, 02127BTD is issuing parking tickets to residents of South Boston for being parked longer than 2 hours on W Broadway. It's hard enough that we have to compete with visitors to the area for parking. But issuing tickets regularly, 19 minutes before the time limit rule expires at 6pm, is predatory. What are you expecting residents to do in the dead of winter 19 minutes before the clock is up?
