51 Cushing Ave, Boston, MA 02125The city work crews arrived on Jerome street at 6:40am and began setting up huge trucks, backing up and down the hill, and beginning construction of the street. At 6:50 they started driving, digging, shoveling, kicking up rubber. All before 7am. On a week/work day ……
