The building located at 19 Bellvista Rd in Brighton leaves trash bags out every week. Last week they were left out days after the trash pick up and there were 15-20 rats crawling over the bags. We live at 23 Bellvista Rd in Brighton so we see this every week. The photo below is tonight’s trash on 2/22/26. Thank you.
