159 Kelton St, Boston, MA 02134I live at 159 Kelton Street, Apt 24, Allston MA 02134. Been dealing with roaches particularly in the bathroom. I bought gel bait traps myself and submitted a maintenance request on July 8, maintenance came and sprayed just the bathroom as that was the main affected area in my unit. Roaches reappeared and are now in the bedroom, bathroom, and common area. All food is sealed in containers and trash is disposed of. I live two floors up and I see roaches in the lobby and on the stairs so I imagine it's probably worse on the lower floors. I submitted a second maintenance request on July 18 stating the roach situation had worsened and moved beyond just the bathroom. I have not gotten a reply as of August 1 and the roaches appear suddenly so I don't take off my shoes in my apartment and I'm nervous to shower as I often find them around there. Is there a way for you to send someone to spray because maintenance is not responding? I haven't used any chemicals regularly, just gel bait traps with a cover as I have a 17 year old cat who's medically fragile and would need to be relocated for several hours following any extermination efforts involving sprays. Thank you. Email communication preferred if possible.
