    867 E Broadway, South Boston, Ma, 02127

    Rats spotted by neighbors burrowing into pile of cut bushes, branches, etc.. 867 E.Broadway back yard(see picture). 40 years & Never had a rodent spotting until large very large project (834-836 East 4th St) progressed digging down 20ft or more. No signs of rodent control (black boxes) at site.
