Intersection Of Cambridge St And Hancock St, Boston, MaI am reporting an ongoing area-wide internet outage following a manhole fire on Cambridge Street. Multiple residential buildings have been without internet service for several days. According to the service provider and property management, repair crews are on standby but are unable to proceed because City access approval has not yet been granted. There is currently no estimated time for restoration. This prolonged outage is significantly impacting residents who rely on internet access for work and school. I am submitting this report to request status confirmation and escalation, given the extended duration and area-wide impact.
