Pest Infestation - Residential
232 Hyde Park Ave, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130This issue was reported nearly three weeks ago and remains unresolved. I have reason to believe there may be a rat nest on this property. The lot appears to be poorly maintained, with significant overgrowth and debris that may be providing harborage for rodents. Rats have been observed in the area, and vehicles in the neighborhood have reportedly sustained damage consistent with rodent activity. Please inspect the property and require corrective action to address the conditions contributing to the infestation.
