This is my five report regarding this matter. Please review the previous submissions and provide a status update as soon as possible. I am reporting an ongoing health and safety concern regarding my neighbor's trash bins, which have frequently been left open for the past year. This has resulted in a significant rat problem, multiple rat holes around my property, and an increase in raccoons. Since I operate a family childcare business, I am very concerned about the health and safety risks this situation poses to the children and families in my care. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this matter appropriately.
