Recent Reports

  • Snow Plowing/Salting

Intersection Of Norfolk St And Blanchard St, Roxbury, Ma

My home is located at 34 Lambert St Roxbury Ma. During the recent storm on January 25-26 and the following storm on January 27th the rear of my property including the entrance and grounds had snow repeatedly, left by multiple contractors who plowed tons of snow onto my property and sidewalk continuously during the storm covering 100% of my properties entrance and exit. I now have approximately two dump truck loads of snow blocking my driveway and have absolutely NO ACCESS to the rear of my property. Although these are contractors, they are in the City’s employ and so the City is responsible for its removal. I have multiple videos of these contractors in action, dated and time stamped. Please respond. There is another storm coming in this is unacceptable. There are portable snow melters, dump trucks and loaders that can also facilitate with snow removal and excess snow. We have spoken with a Beyoncé and Adam at the 311 hotline already. Please ref #101006462462 and 101006461611. Both these cases are closed with no apparent action. What do we do sue the city? There is potential damage to my property and the work that is currently in process? Please respond. Obviously there is an issue. But these cases are closed and NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US. ARE YOU GUYS SERIOUS? I CANNOT PARK IN THE REAR OF MY HOME BECAUSE MY DRIVEWAY IS BLOCKED BUT YOU WANT MY TAX DOLLARS. WE WOULD LIKE IT REMOVED.
