    Repeated strong odor of marijuana in my apartment. This morning at 4 AM the smell was so bad that it made me gag and made it hard to breathe and impossible to sleep. This happens several times a week and has been happening for months. The property management has done nothing to prevent the smell from getting into my apartment. My unit is unhealthy to live in currently. The apartment community is the Flats on D at 411 D Street.
