    My elderly aunt has had rats all around her property. I filed a complaint in June (#101006129545). Her address is 33 Pond St in Hyde Park, but the pics on the response aren’t her property and says an abatement will be issued for 35 Pond. Now we found a dead rat in her kitchen. Please advise.
