1875 Dorchester Ave a BHA housing development. There is no smoking allowed in the outside of it within 25 feet of the building. The manager is letting people smoke under the building (still in the building). There are people who don't live in the building partying under the building at night. Cars are blocking other cars in. Older people are afraid of going outside at night now.
