Domestic Animal Issue
Everett St & Soldiers Field RdLoose dogs becoming a problem at Herter Park. People refuse to leash. This Jack Russell was running everywhere chasing the squirrels with no person in sight. Later on she just videotaped the dog. A boxer came also off leash. They both refused to leash up. The woman only did it briefly, then let her dog off and (half pretended) she couldn’t control it and it ran off far again. Third picture is the boxer off leash. Can you enforce for the safety of all.
