    3-4 street lights out in the alley behind 30 Williams St through 40 Williams St. They have been out since April. Prior reports closed saying they it was fixed, but it wasn’t (see #BCS-00179058 “Resolved. replaced photo cell.”). It’s dangerous because it’s pitch black where we park and people congregate here
