    I have reported this property in the past and I know they have been cited in the winter for ice but nothing changes. They have a gutter that drains from the 5th story directly down onto the sidewalk which is against Mass code and Boston city regulations. This is right at a bus stop no less. In the summer/spring/fall even a light rain causes a massive waterfall and in the winter it creates dangerous winter ice conditions both with sidewalk ice as well as massive icicles on the fire escape. Again I know they have been cited but this has been going on for years with no changes or attempts to resolve. Please help/advise!

    190 L street tenants left outside on non trash day- Queen mattress,headboard,bedside table and 6 bureau drawers for the rest of the neighbors to see everyday til next trash day. Please fine the landlord and remove off the street. It’s messy

    591 East 7th St owner put outside days ago and needs to be removed before someone gets hurt. Broken wood pieces sticking out and left on sidewalk. Please remove for disposal or contact owner to bring back into their yard.
