    Cat in heat (yells loudly and frequently). Seems to live in a garage, doesn’t have a collar but runs away when people are near so dont have more information. Assuming female based on yelling and muted calico coloring with white on paws. A few months ago a skittish kitten was reported missing in the area, could be the same cat, have included missing poster. Seems to live in garage in parking lot of Palestinian Cultural Center on Quint Ave, walks around parking lot of 36 Quint Ave
