I’m at 128 Bigelow St Brighton. Our trash day is Monday, so it was delayed to today. We put it out around 7pm last night (Monday). I just got home from work and they never picked it up, our barrel is still at the curb, completely full. I know they came near our neighborhood because I was stuck behind about a block from our house around 7:30AM today. Please have them pick it up

I am reporting an extremely disruptive and persistent noise coming from the building at 80 Francis St, Boston, MA 02115. The noise is a continuous, high-pitched mechanical whine that appears to originate from an air filtration, ventilation, or HVAC system. The sound is exceptionally penetrating and resembles the high-pitched whine of an aircraft engine. It can be clearly heard from nearby residences and is extremely disturbing, particularly at night. Even with the windows closed, the noise remains noticeable and difficult to escape. This is not a minor inconvenience. It is a serious and ongoing noise disturbance that is significantly affecting the surrounding residential area and residents’ ability to rest and sleep. Please contact the property management at 80 Francis St and require them to inspect the source of this noise immediately and take corrective action, such as adjusting, repairing, or properly isolating the mechanical equipment. There should be no reason for surrounding residents to continuously endure this level of high-pitched mechanical noise.
