    Parked in a permit only area with out of state plates. Right near the intersection of Columbia rd and 7th st in South Boston. Gray Ford sedan license plate #BC37500. There are a bunch of out of state cars with no permits parked in the immediate vicinity too. Please send someone. Parking is too tight over here
