    Noise complaint: Construction noise, loud talking and machinery being moved and drilling noise outside my window. This has been ongoing from 7 pm 10/23/2025 and is still going on at 4 am. This apartment building construction next door has been messing up the quiet enjoyment of life a tenant is suppose to have. Please help to stop whoever owns the building along with the landlord at 46 Soldiers Road accountable.
