    This is so disgusting. I can see a bunch of rats running around everywhere. Got a couple pictures. The first one is under the construction equipment right in front of 58 East Springfield. A bunch running across the road under the cars on the odd side. There are some running in and out of the bushes in the tree in front of 57 East Springfield as well.
