    41 north margin st plowing snow at 130am and at 3am with a bobcat in their private parking lot. Whole building is shaking and its loud. Lot has only 1 car in it. Is there any noise ordnance for this? Or can they plow and make noise all hours of the night cause of the snow?? It sounds like construction work going on for just some snow

    On Walk Hill St. Blue Hill ave side, the snow has not been plowed the personal snow plows put snow on side walks. Please send city snow plows. It is not safe for children or senior you cannot see them walking by they have to walk in street also they have not put salt down.
